What we can help with

We respond to questions about how the loan calculator works, reports of results that look wrong, and suggestions for improvement. We are especially grateful for corrections. Loan math is exact, and if a figure on a page is missing a fee or a compounding detail, we want to fix it.

Before writing, it can help to include the amount, rate and term you entered so we can reproduce the result you saw.

What we cannot help with

LoanMetra is not a lender and does not run credit checks, so we cannot answer questions about a specific application, a denial, or a lender's decision on your loan. Please contact the lender directly for that.

We also do not manage advertising on other sites or handle complaints about third-party products. If your issue is about a lender, a credit bureau or another service, reaching out to them will get you a faster answer.
