Use LoanMetra for personal, non-commercial planning. Do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that overloads or disrupts the service, or that attempts to intercept information you are not meant to see. Do not scrape or republish tool content at scale without permission.

An informational tool, not loan approval or credit advice

LoanMetra is a calculator. Its results are estimates produced from the figures you enter and are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or a loan commitment. Nothing here is financial advice. Actual terms, fees and rates are set by the lender you choose to work with, and credit decisions are made by lenders and credit bureaus, not by LoanMetra.

We work to keep the math and the educational content accurate, but we make no warranty that the results are error-free, complete or current. Different lending products compound interest differently, and figures are rounded. Before relying on any number, verify it with your lender or a qualified professional.
